Shannen McGinley-Vallee, DO, FAAP

Dr. Shannen McGinley-Vallee was born in Bayonne, New Jersey and was raised in a small town in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. She started making her way down the east coast after receiving her Bachelor of Science in biology at Pennsylvania State University (We are!).

 She attended the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia where she received her medical degree. It was during her pediatric clerkship that she decided to dedicate her medical practice to the care of children and adolescents.

 Dr. McGinley-Vallee finally made her way to Florida, completing her pediatric residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando. During her residency, she loved to visit Disney World and spend weekends at the beaches in Brevard County.

 Dr. McGinley-Vallee is very excited to be a part of Pediatrics in Brevard and enjoys providing care to the children in the community. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, a meteorologist, and her dog, Duke. She loves visiting national parks, going on cruises, and reading.
